These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Furalle Job Smart App (“App”), an AI-powered career support platform designed to assist users with CV analysis, job matching, and tailored document generation for the Swiss job market.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
2. Description of Services
The App provides:
- AI-based CV analysis
- Job title suggestions
- Job link aggregation from third-party sources
- Match scoring between CV and job listings
- Tailored CV and cover letter generation
- Recruiter information where available
- Optional Swiss Calibration mode
- Paid and free usage tiers
The App is an informational and support tool and does not guarantee employment outcomes.
3. Swiss Calibration Feature
3.1 Purpose
Swiss Calibration is an optional feature designed to adapt job titles used in document generation to better align with Swiss market conventions and recruiter expectations.
3.2 What Swiss Calibration Is Based On
Swiss Calibration relies on:
- Observed job title patterns from Swiss job advertisements
- Internal title mapping logic developed by Furalle
- Occupational classification references (where applicable)
- Semantic analysis of job descriptions
- Professional HR knowledge of Swiss recruitment practices
Swiss Calibration is not based on any single official Swiss government mapping of international job titles.
3.3 What Swiss Calibration Does
When activated, Swiss Calibration:
- May replace the job title used in CV and cover letter generation with a Swiss-equivalent title (if confidently identified)
- Uses the mapped title only for document generation
- Does not modify job search results or job listings displayed in the App
If no confident Swiss-equivalent title can be identified, the original job title will be retained.
3.4 What Swiss Calibration Does Not Do
Swiss Calibration:
- Does not guarantee improved hiring outcomes
- Does not certify professional equivalency
- Does not validate diplomas or work permits
- Does not constitute legal or immigration advice
- Does not represent official Swiss occupational recognition
Users remain fully responsible for verifying how they present their professional titles.
4. Job Listings & Third-Party Data
The App aggregates job listings from third-party sources.
Furalle:
- Does not own or control third-party job postings
- Does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or current availability
- Is not responsible for changes made by third-party job boards
- Does not guarantee that listed recruiter details are complete
Users should independently verify job information before applying.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The App uses artificial intelligence to generate:
- CV summaries
- Cover letters
- Title adjustments
- Match scores
AI-generated outputs:
- Are probabilistic in nature
- May contain errors or omissions
- Should be reviewed and edited by the user before submission
Furalle does not guarantee that generated documents will secure interviews or employment.
6. User Responsibilities
Users agree:
- To provide accurate information
- To review all generated documents before submission
- Not to misrepresent qualifications or experience
- Not to use the App for unlawful purposes
- To comply with applicable Swiss and international laws
Users remain solely responsible for the content they submit to employers.
7. Payment & Subscriptions
Paid plans grant access to additional features, including:
- Multiple CV analyses
- Expanded job link access
- Document generation features
- Swiss Calibration functionality (if designated as paid feature)
Payments are processed via third-party payment providers.
Furalle does not store credit card information.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, design, algorithms, branding, and content within the App are the intellectual property of Furalle.
Users may not:
- Copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App
- Use generated content for resale
- Reproduce proprietary logic
Users retain ownership of their own uploaded CV data.
9. Data Protection & Privacy
User data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Furalle:
- Processes user-uploaded CV data solely to provide App functionality
- Does not sell personal data
- Uses reasonable security measures
Users should refer to the Privacy Policy for full details.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Furalle shall not be liable for:
- Employment outcomes
- Hiring decisions
- Loss of job opportunities
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Reliance on AI-generated content
Use of the App is at the user’s own risk.
11. No Professional Advice
The App does not provide:
- Legal advice
- Immigration advice
- Regulated career certification
- Financial advice
Where users require professional consultation, they should seek a qualified advisor.
12. Modifications
Furalle reserves the right to:
- Modify features
- Adjust pricing
- Update Swiss Calibration logic
- Update these Terms
Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland.
